Very entertaining - when it's performed right, Southern Gospel is almost as good as anything on TV. More people would go to church if there was high-gloss entertainment like this to keep them from leaving.
I want you to know that this is "all that" and a bowl of ice cream of annointing.... Singing about my Jesus today.... I know this man Jesus, how bout you out there in Youtube land???? Ya'll know this man??? He is the real deal and He's coming back soon! Bless the Lord!
Frank does a great job but my mind goes back to when the song first appeared and a young Kirk Talley was singing tenor for the Cathedrals watch?v=VXXBz09zvz4 or later at the Cathedrals Reunion watch?v=4ahGGf7DL88. To me, Kirk owns this song because he made it famous but we are fortunate to have so many great tenors in SGM like Frank, Danny Funderburk, Johnny Parrack and his son Jay, Ernie Phillips, Ernie Haas, David Phelps. Or, like Jeremy Peace on this song watch?v=iOvHFSpUw4s.
No, Legacy Five, Mark Trammell Trio and Danny Funderburk were all singing at the same church. The last half of the concert Mark, Danny, Scott and Glenn (Dustin, of L5) sang some old Cathedral songs.
This is a Cathedrals remembered concert they have been doing these concerts all year in honor of their Tenth Year Anniversary since the mighty Cathedrals Retired!!! they are doing a Cathedrals Remembered showcase at NQC I hope to be there!!!!
It's funny how people like different singers better, isn't it? Personally, I never thought this an outstanding song when Kirk sang it, but after seeing Frank sing it, I love it! Both of them do a great job!

I'm so glad that I truly know a Man Who CAN! Frank Seamans may not be my favorite tenor but he did a great job on this song!

They need to record this song just like this. Maybe even bring in Mark Trammell. I'd buy it the minute it hit the shelves.

He does a great job. But in my opinion it doesn"t compare to Kirk's version.
