yay, i'm not the only person realized that. What I love about the Little Mermaid on B'way is that you hear practically all of Menken's work in one show. In One Step Closer, the end sounds like Pocohantas and She's in Love sounds like Little Shop of Horrors.

I know what you mean deiffz. It's probably a bit too "fluffy". On the other hand this expresses Ariel's excitement, when she thinks about the World above. Also, I tried to reduce this effect with the slower sections...
