After a while, the Keep Out signs will go away. Then you'll find a door. Bust it open and you'll find it.

You sure theres no act 3 or anything cuz it says I have 22/23 sun medals and 20/20 moon medals, when I cycle through the stages it says I have them all for the day and nighttime levels, is there another hidden level?

The last one is either in a mission, a hub, an entrance stage, or like BaconXBits said, in the hands of the professor. Be sure to check all of them. I know for sure there's no Act 3.

This is a really well done guide!^_^I think it's good that you narrated it(makes it more interesting!:D)and for speeding through the unnessesary parts. I enjoyed the night stages.(They're easier to get good ranks at!:P)But I have a qustion..do you know if anyone has done a guide for finding all the extra items like the videos and books? There's a few stages I'd like to know if I found everything but there's no way to tell..unless you find everything in the game and write down where you found it.

At 2:22 I used the Were-Tornado move. I just held X for a bit, then released it, and Sonic kicked ass. =P The Were-Tornado is one of the last moves you get I think, but there's a lot more after that still to level up to.
