  • Photoshop???

  • @Jg2ism ¿Cómo demonios hacer para tener una paleta de colores al lado derecho? ¿Y cómo tienes íconos para los pinceles?

  • MOTHER OF GOD!

  • what did you use to make the stubble on the beard? Does anybody know?

  • i guess it's easy to fix that ear-mistake

  • wow awesome

  • I can't believe i never thought of doing that for stubble on beards... wow I feel stupid.

  • what wacom tablet did u use

  • @torawfordiz it doesnt matter the tablet. all about the talent

  • why take those deformed bad drawings to full render? So the bad drawings have shadows?

  • Very nice and very good. Wish I had your skills..

One thing did feel uncomfortable. The blue tattoo reaching to the eye felt somewhat unnatural incorporated. But that can also be the result of shortcomings in the video ..

  • the face at 0:28 looks like Fabian Cortez from Xmen The animated series.

  • love ur colouring and shading

  • Hey, wicked stuff. Check out MyPaint and a program called Alchemy. I bet you would do wonders in those two programs. They're free, and work very well. Tablet only programs.

Better yet, just check out some videos here first. :)

    Cheers.

  • Cómo sentirse basura en 7 minutos o menos...

    gran video ^3^

  • Nadie debería sentirse basura ni una décima de segundo. Muchas gracias por lo de "gran video" maydagsbriela.

  • that was awsome am not a big fan of digital art but that did rock

  • bald guy looks exactly like lex luther!

  • Me impresionó mucho al inicio cuando sólo pintaste con Selección en Photoshop pero luego cuando pintaste con los pinceles...le diste vida! !!

Muy buen video, lo mejor fue la textura de la piel y la barba jajaja...

    Felicitaciones!

  • Omg, you have a reeeeeally creative technique! I really need to learn how to use corel painter, it's fuckin awesome

  • @TallAskara This was PS

  • Plz do some tutorials on digital Painting.

  • How did you apply that texture to the skin like that? It be awesome if you or anyone else could answer this! Thanks.

  • You did some unnecessary work in my opinion, painting the cells first and then smudging them. But I guess that method works for you :) He´s like half-anime, half-realistic.

  • Awesome work! Must have taken days!

  • ¿Cuánto fue el tiempo de trabajo?

  • wats dat for a menu at the riight side in 2:15 i want dat too!

    someone know?

  • velmi nudne a neproporčné

  • Nice one. The thing is i have been working in photoshop for ages and i have always wanted to do something like this. I know, it takes time and practice AND knowledge, such as shadows, lightning.. thats the hard part for me.. anyways good job

  • awesome *thumps up*

  • bro, you could save alot of time if you shade with a brush instead of making selections and changing the values.

  • You're right .

Now I shouldn't use the magnetic lasso tool to colored.

Thanks a lot for your comment.

  • @ZABARTS

Even better, get into quick-mask. It's when you realise that the selection is a channel just like any other that stuff starts to get really interesting.

Make a selection. Hit the Q key. Now you'll see your selection as a matte which you can just paint onto. Switch off the RGB channels to see it as a monochrome image. Make selections within the selection, paint bits in & out.

Also, you should get into layer masks, similar idea.

Good drawing skills, dude. :-) !

  • @Imaginatrixx True art is not about how you got there OR how long it took you. It's all about the finished piece. To critique someone on their working method seems rather pointless. I have artist friends who could create absolutely stunning work with crayons. If it's good art, I don't care how they got there.

  • @Klif when it's your career, it DEFINITELY matters.

  • @Imaginatrixx I agree but I have a feeling he has a reason for doing it this way. Considering he's doing it with a lasso it's impressive.

  • @Imaginatrixx the selection makes it much easier to determine the area you want to shade , after selecting you can use the brush inside the selection without hitting unwanted areas , and once you deselect you can also use a soft brush to soften the edges you just made , in the other hand using the brush without selection can give really unwell measured shadows

  • terrible concept

  • Yeah I'm currently trying to get used to my Wacom too.

I currently treat it like a mouse and have it a bit to the side of my monitor. Guessing I should move the tablet to right infront of the montior? Not sure if resting the bottom edge on my lap and resting the back against the table edge helps at all.

    What approach do you take?

Great video and keep up the awesome work!!

  • Dude....YOU ROCK!!! :D

  • i like it but i dont like your style sorry but if you want to see some great tablet work check out andrew jones

  • That's crazy awesome. <:|

  • dam that looks like allot of work!! but good job.

  • Why is so hard to drawing on wacom tablet my drawings looks nothing like what it looks like on paper..

  • It's normal , my first drawings with tablet looks nothing like drawings on paper , you must train and practice it , after a time draw with tablet seem to draw on paper.

  • @MaxMouse you should download a brush that is meant to emulate pencil markings too, because default brushes in photoshop are too crisp.

  • @MaxMouse lower the opacity of your stroke to 20 percent, your flow to 40 percent. Play around with those to start. Draw with gray, not black at first. Go into your brushes and turn the opacity and flow jitter to 15% each. try that and see if it's easier. You might also want to carefully remove the nib and make sure it's seated right, and the nib hole is dust free. Most people try to draw with 100 percent opaque pencil and it's just now how anyone really draws with the wacom.

    Good luck

  • awesome idea rendering the skin like that!

  • Holy shit, dude! Incredible!

  • Hey buddy, i would like an advise! I love cartoons and all that is concept art, what is your advice to get started in doing this kind of things? should i start trying to draw on paper or buy a wacom and start in the pc? is there any kind of books that teach technics? good job btw!

  • Drawing on a paper to get started is the better option .Time and practice, practice , practice .. thanks.

  • @ZABARTS Muchas gracias ;)

  • this is amazing

  • are you drawing on the Wacom bamboo or Intuos

i heard its pretty hard drawing on them. its like drawing blind

  • @fromstart2finish definetely not, the logic seems hard, but when u actually sit there for the first 5mins its easy. i use a intuos 4

  • @Tsuekasae

you only adjusted to it in 5 minutes after you turned it on?

Wow, my friend had his for a half a year and is just now getting the hang of it.

  • thats great, im buying a tablet today any recomendations on a first one to buy

  • What brushes are you using for the main color painting?

  • @DavePerry2012 I meant what Painter 8 brushes?

  • Very talented ! !
