How long have the fan palms been growing like that?
I don't think they are fake, Washingtonia robusta they look like to me , and come from the deserts of southern california, I look forward to a response!
I don't really know... The palms are real, but they come from a reseller in palms i think. Was not in on that, so i can't tell you more about it sorry..
The palms were already there when we started on the project.
when i was little my uncle had a pond like this and i went fishing in it(stupid) and the biggest koi took the bait and i reeled it in and i couldnt get the hook out so i cut the line

The shape is constructed out of a PS-foam wich is coverd with polyester, and then coated.
