this phone sucks! i had it for 2 weeks and i was ready to replace it, it beeps all the time from emails, you can barely hear the phone ring when you get a call which means you cant hear your music ringtones and the damn thing cant take a beating! first drop on the carpet it split in half, people beware!

Virgin mobile is not difficult at all it is easier to do a plan though like I have... I have done the pay as you go and it sux and you have to call every month and change your number.
