This is not a "myth" or something. Those things are not fucking lights! Those are Night vertex colurs, it's a system used by the game's 3d models, it's simply a lightning effect which is used for buildings. So stop making stupid videos for retarded kids about myths (There's no myth or strange things in san andreas , only bugs) go and get a life!

- the moonlight who's reflecting on walls and houses

-lights in inside or outside buildings (but without any lamps) <-- maybe cuz they forgot...

- just to make bridges, buildings, wals and mountians visable

- to give the game a "spooky" effect

the blue lights connected with the epsilon cult.....if you go to a house at bluebrry with blue light you will see something tha have the words "red" and the word "truck" thats how the blue lights connected to the epsilon...in los santos there is a barber who is epsilonist ...he have blonde hair and his hairstyle is ;like a punk.........try to search about the red truck you will find more answers

It's funny because you skipped probably one of the most important buildings.

The one where you said 'Probably just paint' has the most significant blue light in whole Blueberry, apart from maybe under the bridge.

An abandoned building with a fenced entrance, right next to the "Red truck" sign, looking out over (the?)/a pass with blue light.

Not sure if the game developers went any further than putting in subtle hints, probably not, even though it would be awesome.

the reason the words "red" and "truck" on the sign are on top of each other is beacase its most likely a reference to the espilon cult. they say to look for a red truck with a dent in the side for the spot of thier meeting
