This is clearly a Private Server. Firstly because you can see that Dawn Warriors don't get Maple Warrior or Power guard etc. Secondly, you can see that he bought Pieces of Cracked Dimension..

but the perfect dawn warrior wouldn't have stance which is a massive mess up at pap and I actually know quite a godly DW called Valmar that took 3 hours to solo zak just because ofhis lack of stance.

It's scary how a lvl 200 Hero doesn't even do that much more damage.

The lvl 200 "perfect Hero" video didn't use a demon elixer (which adds about 120 attack,I think) Also a Dawn Warrior doesn't have stance (and powerguard?correct me if I'm wrong)

These few things make a big difference.
