people deny any kind of weather control, i saw a programe about extreme weather,canada 1980s record hail storms lead to record insurance claims, the insurance companies decide to carry out cloud seeding as its cheaper than paying for damage, might be good info to upload. Simple points to explain to doubters without trying to convince them about the chemicles is, if its normal why doesn't every plane do it? if they are standard routes why arent they there every day? why doesnt water vapour fade?

I don't know. Do you have recall of the program where you got the idea that insurance companies pay to have the weather modified? That would be helpful to know.
