Well I'm glad to see other people happy too! My girlfriend has every The Cure album (the nutcase she is) and Bloodflowers is a pretty good album and great continual of Disintegration (just as it was of Pornography)(yes, those three albums are connected, R.S. said it himself).

As someone who has recently been separated, most likely permanently, from his One True Love, I can say that without doubt that this song is about the changes that unfortunately occur over the course of a relationship. Listen to the lyrics again. She sneezes first, then yawns the last time he tells her he loves her. At that point she tells him "there is no always, just this". Saddest song ever.
