Marty was the winner , but they didn't fit together. They wanted a yes man , and Marty already was a professional who could have taken them to new heights if they would have been willing to step out of the box and time warp . So guess who got chosen and look what happened . Marty continues with his band Lovehammers who has been together for 20 years now . Awesome band . Give them a listen.

Naysayers should go to iTunes or even search YouTube for some of Marty's work with the band Lovehammers. Covers aren't always the easiest thing, and (as watchers of RS:INXS will remember) he made a last second decision to go totally acoustic on his own (sans the House Band). Therefore, he may have been a bit nervous. LH put out a new album recently called Heavy Crown. It is an excellent album.
