I have a container similar to this as it's a lead pencil container. I wrapped mine in black electrical tape and taped two neodymium magnets and it's attached to a black metal fencing in a high muggle area. Many cachers have "tools" and if they don't, then usually something nearby can help. I'm sure I'm not the only one who carries a pair of tweezers in my geocaching bag. :) A thin twig would work, too.
