  • hes a gymnast he trains like that, hes body, is strong, hes joints are strong, hes very flexible, i don't see any danger with what hes doing, as a matter of fact i see it pretty awesome, how he does that at such a tender age!

  • yep, you have to lift your legs and bottom up and try to push your hips forward. The legs have to be on the same level as your hips/botttom. You should try to stay in this position and yes it is hard^^ therefore I find it hard to believe that you can hold it for 1 min. Search for gymnasticbodies on google...

  • oh i didn't knwo i needed to lift my legs up...I can slide n hold the position as long as my body weight is pushing my legs down therefore my legs are capable of stretching into a full split but my muscles are not capable of pulling them outwards to a full split if i were in the air. a few years back i used to do them on 2 chairs but that was tehn =(. So I'm supposed to use my muscles to pull them up correct?

  • well, u gotta be able to do v sits first. then from there, its mostly about shoulder flexibility.

  • how would you suggest doing a V sit? it took me a long while before I figured out how to develope strength for a L sit thank god that's still there

  • actually frisbyrb5, even though he locks his arms out, which is how its supposed to be done there's still a lot of strength required, so there there IS some good muscle power needed, but its also a lot of technique and flexibility.

  • not really, is all anbout balancing out the body,,,,positionng and pulling at the right time,

  • There is an amazing amount of strength involved to be able to do this. Its more difficult to do it arms locked than it is elbows unlocked. Give it a try and you will find out.

  • Most of it is not really impressive, a most gymnast kids his age can do the same stuff or better... except for the manna. Thats VERY VERY good.

  • I just watched your video. You are flexible enough to have manna in a few months. Do third skill from the video. Straddle-out. In v-sit open your legs as far as possible and try to lift your hips up and forward.

    That will make back shoulder's muscles stronger. Also, if somebody will help you to stretch manna how I did with Vadim right before his manna on video..
