this has been in the making for 30 years ,manufacturing jobs along with other industry are leaving to strick on environmental issues and over taxed as to other states. california is the next flint michigan homes siting empty no jobs.

The welfare sucking wetbacks have bankrupt California and they will every state that doesn't start punishing the employers for hiring them. If they don't have work they can't stay. These people are worst than a natural disaster occuring in any state. They are a virus eating away at our welfare system and they dry state funds fast. California is a big state, the government needs to see the harm that these people did to this state and how much faster they could do it to a smaller state.

The banks are declaring war on states, and the money the banks are denying California belongs to California. If I were the governor Id take my National Guard down to the bank and get my loan. Hell, I might take the whole bank and the printing press and put the bankers in jail for terrorizing the state.

why the hell does a rich state like california need tax payers money? i think they should suck it up and cut back spending. why do bonds pay for school? don't tax payers and parents and local governments pay for that? screw them!
