  • This couple released over 100 fish while they fished with us. They also had 5 sailfish hooked up and released 3. The ones they kept were Sherry's first and Carter's which died. The meat was not wasted. We never waste meat. It was all donated to the village where my capains live.

  • Keep the dorado for dinner, but please consider releasing bill fish (sailfish isn't that good eating). Do you really need the meat? We are all are guardians of The Sea of Cortez. It's just good karma for your future fishing trips.
