  • thats not 50m, you barely hit the ball cleanly you plank and the camera makes it look further away

  • He's gonna over.

  • BURNSIDE RUGBY CLUB <3

  • 40metres max

  • thats not 50m

  • I could never kick off a tee that high, Btw this looks more like 30 m

  • may not be 50m but great kick.

  • thats the shortest 50m ive ever seen, and with the wind at your back i could of back heeled it from there...

  • try soften abit ur leg... if u soften it you can do it from 65/70 meters at the age of 16 and only have been training kicking like a year and a half.. trust me it helps. like dan carter, benji marshal,SBW, and wilconsons they all do that! ;) keep it upp buddy

  • Thumps up, if you though it wash a soccer goalkick ..

  • change ur title mate like rugby conversion or summit

  • max 25 meters..fake!

  • tell beckham to kick he can kick 70 yards lol

  • seen how the ball is gone I doubt you clap 50 meters/ traduction en français vu comment le ballon es parti sa m'ettonerai ke tu tape des 50

  • Well if your looking at it as a coach (IM NOT TROLLING BTW!) You shouldn't have hit it anywhere close to 40meters...If you lifted your leg up and kept your head down, an extra 5-10 meters possibly...Just a little hint :D

  • not 50m but a allrite kick how old r u? shit ur tee is high

  • what tee is that?

  • definitely not 50m you lying bastard!

  • how can we tell those are 50m?

  • what a kick!

  • did u have the wind behing ya mate coz u it looks like it but i cant talk i struggle from 30 out

  • Fuck of 50m

  • you have mutch power in ur shoot

  • if thats 50 meters then im a billionare

  • is this burnside in adelaide australia??

  • @Auzyboi45 na man i play against burnside in rugby and thats not there ground...

  • This style of lining the ball up flatter used to be called a submarine kick. It goes farther, but it is harder to control. Nice kick by the way.

  • 50m my left nut thats like 25m

  • thats bollocks 50m kick i play semi pro rugby and im a kicker that was never a 50m kick

  • Did it actually reach when it stopped!!!!!!!

  • now try that with a soccer ball

  • @invaderkike why the hell would i wanna try it with a soccer ball??

  • @MikeYEmM because soccer is better tats y

  • @MikeYEmM cuz soccer is the best

  • @MikeYEmM After that go with a hockey puck, please.

  • @MikeYEmM its not soccer, its football...

  • Comment removed

  • @invaderkike man soccer sucks

  • i reckon abut 25-30m

  • good job im proud of you your retarded why dont you put it on the ground then try super star

  • 26 meters max

  • wahts the song ?

  • @MaskedEnergy alex lloyd amazing is the song :)

  • is there an advantage of how you tee'd the ball up? I tee the ball up perpendicular to the ground. Does your way help to improve distance or is it just preference?

  • @GRICHENG it's purely just preference really. i did change the way i kicked a few times. i found that this way was the most consistant with my style of kicking. just depends on you personally and what works though :)

  • @MikeYEmM

i think you can kick the ball further when the ball is straight up, but as you said it is wat works for you.

  • @MikeYEmM when u tilt the ball facing perpendicular to the ground, what tends to happen is tht u get loads of height but not tht much distance or power as when u tilt the ball forwards at a 30 degree angle

  • Your a fag rugger6013 there's a guy behind the crossbar he puts his hand up Its a goal dikkk

  • thats not even 50 metres lmao look how close the post are lol

  • wow 50 metres.. big shit

  • nice kick pal

  • Why do you care if it was 50m or not

  • yeah how come you stop recording it and see if whent in or not

  • if you look very carefully; u can see tht it doesn't go over:

u can see the ball going in front of the crossbar

  • Solid strike mate.. good work!

I can only hit 47 meters personally.

  • Look, person who posted this video. Either it isn't 50m, or there is a strong wind, or alternatively the ball is insufficiently inflated. Your technique and the sound of the contact of the ball is confirmation that should you kick a genuine place kick from 50m with a proper ball in ordinary conditions, it would struggle to even reach 40m.

  • The only thing that is wrong with the technique is the lack of the raised left arm for balance, Otherwise it it superb.

    Please don't post trash.

  • nerd

  • mate that was like the gayest thing u could have ever said

  • nice kick u shore it 50 m though

  • thanks. yea it was. i agree it doesnt look like it. but the camera was back at least 10 metres and zoomed in. and what people dnt know is when its zoomed in the gap between distances doesnt look as far apart. its only cuz i did i film course that i know that lol. but yea it was def half way.. wind did alot of assistance tho which was handy!

  • hey dude not a bad strike. i play flyhalf for a nsw team in aus and i reckon if you just kept your head down facing the ball for longer you would get even more distance. if that is 50 then its a good boot

  • I can do that. Struck it nicely though, man

  • I know some one who was year 10 now year11 and we were playing against Hambleton and Richmondshire District at home and he managed to do a drop-goal styled convertion from the side line ad it went in and fuck that was fucking good.

  • 50 m is nothing..

  • nice kick but it dont look 50 m

  • LOL my friend is only 16 and he can kick one from 60m. he plays soccer and he is really good and he has a strong boot, really powerfull kicks so i guess thats how he can do it

  • that ain't 50m !

    but good kicking though !

  • Comment removed

  • No way that isn't 50m, it was way too quick and looked short as hell.

  • thats not 50m

  • holy fuck nice kick

  • nahh 10 yard line at least i reckon. the ball would never have taken tha long to reach the posts from the 22, especially with that wind.

  • can you curve the ball like that withou the breeze?

  • yes, why wouldnt you

  • doesnt look 50 meters,but nice strike

  • 25 metres u cheat

  • how the hell is it 25metres?

  • nice strike

  • you are a big lier, there are 22 meters

  • tht aint 50 metres lol ... try maybe like 30 max

  • more like a shit 30 metre kick with a gale force wind behind u

  • 25 meters max

  • it was a good kick but do people really have to make such a big deal out of it?

seriously you keyboard warriors need a life.

  • its at least 40

  • and besides, it's not 50 meters.

50 meters would be on the half way line.

  • haha i'm 14 and i can kick 40 meters,

and have really low rugby experience.

  • i dont care or its 50meters or not

it was a nice kick! :P

i play self rugby and i never had such a good kick xD

  • that doesnt look 50 id say about 30 at best

  • u can hear how windy it is.. so remove that factor nd u'd barely make 40m's.

    nicely struck though

  • i can kick from just inside the half way line and im 15, still pretty good kick

  • surely not 50, thats about 30-40 u loser

  • meters ! looser

  • people it would have been half way on the pitch he was on coz not all pitches are the same size as the ones u see on tv!

  • funny i always thought footy fields were 100m long

  • lol when it says.. "its good" he is feeling his ass!

  • haha lmao never noticed that eh

  • lol :P

  • what eva cunt

  • deffinetly not 50m but still a good kick

  • He did do it, but im sure it wasn't 50 metres lol

  • he missed that it didint get it length only the aim cant u see how it stopped while in the air m8 if u wanna c a awesome kick m8 type in union carter and he will show u how to kick there young boii

  • lol tht was 5 secs and it is possible to do it in that time.

It's how hard you kick which determines how long it's in the air.

  • 30 metres?

  • try 20 metres. fags

  • yea mate sure is! :D

  • oi, is that burnside park in christchurch, nz.

  • Sorry but that was nowhere near 50metres. The ball was only in the air for about 3 seconds

  • lol and have u done physics? i could throu the ball up for 3 seconds and doesnt mean its gone 50metres. its how hard u kick it. and the wind did help

  • You are a bit of an idiot mate. It jusn't isn't possible for a ball to travel 50 metres through the air in 3 seconds. Unless there was a fucking hurricane blowing straight toward the posts. I've been taking kicks my whole life and I would say you were 40metres at the most.

  • 3 seconds, where di anyone get that. if your counting like a person, i would say 4 seconds before the frame stopped.

  • its not the strengh its the angle. i no this coz im a very good kicker not the best in the world but very good.

  • id say 40 metres max with a wind blowing forward-left. so all in all not a hard kick, theres 3 of us tht can kick 50m at my club and it takes longer than that to get to the posts lol.

  • that Was 30M 50 he woudnt get 50M So Chat S****

  • that is not 50 metres i kick 50 metres and it takes a lot longer time for the ball the reach the posts then tht

  • Good kick but no way fifty metres.

  • yeh im 17 and kicked 55 metres and thats no way 50 lol next time put the camera on the side of the pitch man !

  • halfway on a small pitch definitely.

  • Quite good, but is the distance really fifty meters? It looks like 40 or something.

But it was a good kick, and it found its way in between the posts, and that is what really counts.

  • that25m

  • And no, I don't believe this is 50m. Halfway line on a small pitch. Perhaps 35 - 40m?

  • not that gr8

tipical torpedo its too easy carter perfects it but no one else can

just bought the gilbert x tee its quality gr8 gives u gr8 angles

  • awsome kick man thats my goal to kick 50m by im 15 im 12 now and i can k8ick 39 great man keep the vids cmoin and that defently 50m

  • thanks. and yea i dont blme ya for not thinking it was 50. doesnt look the same as real life. thanks for the comment though :D

  • i know your probably a good kicker,but that dusnt look like 50m 2 me.good kick tho.

  • whats the best type of tee to use. what sort do you use?

  • it really depends on your personal preference and what u kick better with.. like i used a haligan tee for a while.. or a tee that was a littlebt off the ground and pointing foward 45 degrees. if you kick straigh up and down, use a tee that puts the ball about 3 to 4 cm off the ground

  • Ditto with the bit about personal preference. HOWEVER, the more powerful kickers like myself go for the short "low height" tees such as "Gilbert 320 precision tee" --> these provide better accuracy. But for those with less power go for taller tees (such as MikeyEmM). These provide more distance with the kicks but sacrifices accuracy.

  • i believe its 50m :)

just next time u make a video telling the distance away, make sure u can show proof that its 50 just so u dont get people harrasing you

    anyways good kick :D

  • thanks man :)and yea will do

  • thx m8....nice kicking btw =)

  • nice kick dude.. that was definately 50m

  • thanks dude. im glad some people know 50m when they see it :D

  • lol dude that wasnt 50m it was more like 30 lol as soon as i d my recordin of me goal kicks ill do a 50m 1 2 show u lol n it will say 50m n ill get it in =] since i em the goal kicker 4 my footy team

  • Not bad. Thats at Burnside park chch isn't it

  • sure is :)

  • thats not 50m but still nice kick

  • lol, it was 50m, ball wasnt in there air too long but there was a good breeze too help it.

    thx for coment tho :)

  • nice kick.... .

  • hahahahaha wat a cool cat!

    thats not 50m u knob

  • its a good kick but not 50m, check my vid and the furthest away i kick it from is 40m and its further and way harder then that kick.

    /watch?v=hODkNUPpvDs

  • im not someone that says its 50m when it isnt. it was a 50m kick. when cameras like that it doesnt look 50m but side on looks further. but yea il check out ur kicks. thanks

  • that was not 50m

  • nice kick mate!!

  • yeah nice kick mate, wats ur longest???

halfway is hard but i find touchline kicks harder!!! Still slot most of dem tho!!! LOL

im 16 and can score a drop goal from halfway if i strike it well!!

  • shoulda marked out 50m brother i kicked goals for 14 years it doesnt look like it was from halfway AND DO IT WITH A LEATHER BALL CHAMP!!!

    POST THAT ON YOU TUBE.

  • it was 50m. u dont have to belive it though. why would i use a leather ball?? its rugby not American football

  • I agree. Rugby is heaps better than NFL anyway. far, how good is that field, it looks perfect. bluesky green field. lol.

  • nice kick

  • alright im sure u can do a 50m dropkick GL4RULZ

  • i could easy drop kick that

  • go on. do it. and post it on youtube and il believe you

  • not too hard...its off a tee...

  • just like to say tht a long way for a rugby conversion it might not be hard to kick a football tht far but rugby totaly different

  • sooo true
