  • girl if you loos anymore weight you'll blow away. you just need some tone'in thats all. look'in good.

  • do you have a video or a photo of you at 206 ibs, I'm curious to compare the difference :)

  • Sorry, I didn't have video capability at the time I was 206. If you check out my profile page there should be a link to my Flickr account and I know I have photos of me taken at 206. :)

  • thanks for that, I went and checked them out, you were still pretty especially in the bunny rabbit ears one :) :) I think I look now how you did look back then (or there abouts), this gives me hope. Thanks for sharing :) :) ♥ mel

  • do interval training. youll burn waaaay more fat than normal cardio or dieting

  • WoW you lost 65 pounds that is great!

  • Hi Victoria:

    You look prefect to me.

Just a thought. Don't worry about losing anymore weight and just do an abs routine such as Abs of Steel or P90X. Congrats on your weight loss. You're inspirational!

  • umm, you dont need to lose any more ^^;

    believe me, u dont want o try to reach an "ideal" form, besides i heard that a little bit of fat in that area is healthy, or so says my tv ^^;

  • I dont think u are fat down there...in fact , it looks that you need crunches only..

  • Ah, but spot reduction is a myth. You can't get a toned middle just from crunches. As I've said many times, "Flat abs are made in the kitchen" through a good diet.

  • I lost 9 pounds in the first 9 days! Try isagenix. Nutritional cleansing. I am on Day 43 of Isagenix and it really does work! My sister in law lost over 40 pounds in two months and still losing about 5 pounds a week.

  • For that kind of money I'd rather do a respected program like NutriSystem.

  • Isagenix is very well respected in the cleansing community. Many doctors have endorsed this product--and soon my endocrinologist will also be recommending this to his other diabetes patients. It is a little pricey...but can you put a price on your health and wellness?

  • I did put a price on it - the price of healthy food from the grocery store (meat, veggies, dairy), and then the price of NutriSystem for several months. I made this video is January and the weight is moving slowly but surely and it's fat, not muscle. :)

  • Hi Victoria!

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comments. Congratulations on your own weightloss success done on your own terms. =) With the atkins diet, I lost muscle and not fat. I have been there and done that and was dumb for even trying it. But Isagenix is absolutely different. It burns your fat AND builds muscle! You seem to be doing pretty well on your own regiment so keep it up. We all have goals...how we get there is different for everyone. =)

  • You already look great even at 140. I am hoping to get down to 175. I am 5'10" tall. I suscribed to your videos because I want to track your progress long term. I tried atkins years ago and it made my heart beat too fast. My Dr said Atkins is no good because it puts too much strain on your kidneys and will eventually cause kidney failure. But what do they know anyway?

  • The kidney thing has been proven untrue. He's not up on the latest research. I lost 65 pounds on Atkins before I finally stalled, my blood lipids improved, and my kidney function (which was tested) was just fine.

I still eat very high protein, and my kidneys are still fine.

Fast heart beat sound like potassium. Some people need to take a supplement of potassium for the first couple weeks if they lose water weight too quickly.

  • Hi Victoria,

I had never heard that potassium thing before. If I ever go down that Atkins route again, perhaps I will heed your advice. Hopefully, I will be ok with Isagenix and won't have to do that again. But its always good to learn all that I can to improve my blood sugars since I have a family history of diabetes.

  • It's great that you lost all that weight to begin with, I'm hangin' tight at 217! So congratz! But don't beat yourself up over those last few pounds, remember, every scale weighs differently!

  • You don't look 130 lbs. Actually you look too thin to me. Some men like a little weight. At least I do. For your height you are alright.

  • I'm 140, not 130. :)

  • You look great!!! However I know if you have your mind set to weigh a certain amount no matter what anyone else says you are still going to want to loose the weight! Good Luck with it though!

  • Wow, um, you are looking great regardless. I'm not sure if you need to lose any weight. But I hope that you can reach your goal.

  • woah. you certainly dont look like you need to lose weight to me. I think that you are about right. I wouldnt worry about it.

  • Hi Victoria. to help you should eat five small meals a day. Take a least 10,000 steps each day. You need at least 1200 calories a day as a woman as any less than that will actually have the reverse affect meaning this will cause your metabolism to slow down and cause thyroid problems which in time will blow your weight sky high as you get older. See my site if you need more help

  • I eat 6 times a day. I take well over 10,000 steps a day and average about 1300 calories. No disrespect, but you aren't saying anything I haven't known (and been doing) for years. I'm not asking for advice; I'm making a video of my goal and progress.

  • just trying to help, sorry if you are offended. I know not to post in the future. Good luck

  • I am losing weight 2, I am guy but the techniques I use are weights, and track. I do out rages numbers of set with the weights, and on the track I walk at least a mile or more a day. If you lay off the bread (pasta, or any type of white bread), that helps too.

  • I lost 65 on Atkins, so I know all about the pasta and bread! I count calories and log my food and exercise.

  • Having once been 320, I'm familiar with skin issues. At 206 the fat you had was not just a lump of solidified bacon grease. The fat is a living organ. As such, it develops a complete circulatory system, lymph system, and even nerves. Add to that that the number of fat cells increase while reaching high weights. Thus, as one gets back down in weight, even if the fat cells are as small as they can get, they do not die and go away. Also all the support structures mentioned above are still there.

  • Good luck. Tell us how you did it.

  • Heyy ! Of course you must be pride, Nice Job :) and most important here is that you did it the safe way, i'm ging to show your video to my sister, she follow a program a bought for her I think it was a ver good deal and it's safe too check it out if u want here topsecret4fatloss it's a dot com domain Bye Bye :)

  • Would this be considered envy or pride?

  • Pride in my hard work. There is nothing wrong with taking pride in something accomplished.

  • Congratulations! You've done a great job. Don't let the last little bit of your goal take this accomplishment away from you. And IMHO, you look great and don't need to lose any more.
