I didn't suggest that she was.. Due to her natural charisma and her ability to manipulate people, I disagreed with you that she was very naive and socially inept. I also called her an eccentric blonde ditz who ~acted~ like she was on illegal substances, but that doesn't mean that I thought she used them. Big difference.

I do agree, though, that she's an eccentric blonde ditz, but she is socially inept in that she has no tact (though her naivete has been called into question).  She also acts like a cat in heat around boys, and acts like my cat when she gets something stuck to an appendage.
