It's obvious that no one here has actually bothered reading the description. This was taken at Donna Nook -- a natural pupping area for Grey seals on the coast of England. They come back every year to breed. The ocean is a stone's throw from just this area. I assure you no one is keeping these seals here. They come back on their own every year. It is not a 'stinking zoo', and the seals are not going to die, and the water is just a little ways off. Everybody cool down.
exactly what I was thinking too StormBringer44. It looks really uncomfortable and it looks like it's got fleas. I feel sorry for it. They probably have it at stinking zoo for filthy ppl to gape at. Poor thing. It needs cold water to play around in and fish.
