  • all theparts are gal steel c channel made by thomas & bets the 2 uprights i just used 2x2 al angle cut the top a bit and bent it over to fit and it worked ok

  • Are all the aluminum pieces C Channel? I couldn't tell how the pieces propping the tilt mount rack up were bolted to the other pieces... Can you list the parts used?

  • Great idea. I have been reading/yt on racks for some time trying to get ideas on what others are doing. The problems I have come across frequently is corrosion with dissimilar metals, alum/galv. This can be a problem depending on your grounding techniques. Yours is by far this best diy mount I have seen so far.

  • Great idea! .... Thanks! for sharing

  • You should use that same stuff so you can adjust the angle for winter / summer. Check out the vids on my channel for mounting ideas.

  • WHAT SIZE ARE YOU USING? THANKS DAVE AND CAN YOU POST THE PLACE WHERE DID YOU BUY IT?

  • @HUCKLES42

I got them from Nedco electrical supplies but any electrical supply store will carry the I used the smaller one it only comes in 2 sizes

they use it for hanging trasformers and breaker boxes and stuff on walls

home depot might even have them

  • Dave,
