KM is a fighting system only effective because it disregards any kind of rules and respect of the opponent. Israeli or not, this is in my opinion not just gd self-defense, it´s also a gd way to stay active. I started practicing not so long ago yet I can already feel it´s helping me with my physical conditioning and also, in some ways mental conditioning.
