Tooo slow on the attack. The Mellotron tonality is that...that scratchy old record sound, but the attacl at the beginning of the notes is a bit too slow.
You got your opinion so do I. Just a bit weird to see the KSP8 respond to the PC3X signal ...
Kurz is supposed to be powerful on its own, so it raise some questions. That being said, as soon as it's available on demo here in UK, I'll bring my headphones and test the beast.
Digital Village - They ordered one in from their main warehouse for me.
I did buy it, and I am very pleased with my purchase - the sounds on this thing are INCREDIBLE, however, the software and supporting documentation is a little unfinished, a little dissapointing for an £1800 synth, but those sounds are worth every penny and the rest will come in time.

at that moment, the internal fx engine was disabled. So they use the KSP8.

If the synth is so powerful on its own, why plug it to a KSP8. The internal effect are supposed to be better then the KSP8 anyway ....
Well spotted mulletchuck.

Perhaps the KSP8 is there for comparison.
Play the PC3 through the KSP8 then play it without the KSP8 doing anything and hey, it sounds even better :)
Just my two penneths.
On another note, I'm dead excited coz I'm off to Birmingham (UK) on Saturday to try out a PC3X and most probably buy it!
Woohoo - roll on Saturday!!
