  • I failed, many people are missing the main point of this video so I have disabled comments. My main point is that if you can gain 10lbs muscle in a year, you are not a hardgainer - your are normal! I didnt say there are no exceptions to this rule. Teens in growth spurts can certainly gain *weight* faster than this but they would whether they were lifting weights or not. Just because Taylor Lautner was able to gain 30lbs in 6 months doesnt mean its possible for everyone, its NOT!!!!

  • @scooby1961 have you watched Diet and Weight Loss: Doug Jones you should see that guy's 84 day muscle transformation

  • more like 80 percent

  • his glaces are brocken

  • salt dosnt make you retain water it does the opposite

  • there is really no shortcut to getting the body u want, u just have to work hard

and eat helthy, there will always be days when u want to stay at home,

but if u can push yourself over those bad habbits, u will deff start seeing results

  • U will be exhausted and will feel the

pump n see results in 6-8 weeks. Remember scoobys technics it's all

about GOOD FORM!!! right diet, and cardio. Make sure u complete EACH

sets even if u manage 9 reps, stop and then finish the remaining reps

and carry on! Good luck u Hard Gainers ;-)

  • Here's a beginners workout if

anyones interested for 6-8 weeks n u will see results: shoulder press

3x12 reps, chest press 3x12reps, chest dips 3 x15 reps (killer),

Biceps curls straight bar 3x12reps, breathing pullovers 3x20 reps,

bentover rows 3x15reps, declined ab crunch 3x20reps, thigh exercise

( forgot wat it's called but u pull two handles from ankle level n

lift up whilst in bent position n stand up straight and finally

    sitting calve raise 3x20 reps!

  • Best tip would be a whole body work out rather than one certain muscle

group! I used to train in an east London gym called Wag bennet works

where Arnie trained n lived for 4 years! And got massive in less than

5 months!!! Best thing to do is work from top to bottom and be

    dedicated ie; shoulders to calves.

  • I love how it's funny watching this.

  • Thats just killing xD very nice =)

  • That pillow takes so much abuse..;P

  • Hello Scooby! First of all: Thank you very much for your videos! I tried your calorie calculator, but I have the impression it doesn't work properly (there's always the same amount of cals for different weights). Would be great if you could take a look at it!

  • I'm with PassRusher47. It seem like it's very hard to build up the arm. Like I'm pretty build all around except for the arms

  • @tronvex Best thing to do is try exercies which give you maximen resistance at full contraction like instead of bicep curls(which gives no resistance at the top) try palms up pulldowns. or single arm concentration curl. not that it will do any magic but it will give you abit more out of your workout. most ppl overtrain the arms cause they are involved in most exercies so makesure you get plenty of rest between workouts. its takes time to recover from a workout and even more to build muscle.

  • Hey Scooby, How do I make my ARMS "wider", I have been lifting for a while now and my ARMS have gotten really big but they are skinny. They grow UP but nit OUT. how do I make my ARMS "wider" some ppl have said to work on my deltoids to make my ARMS wider but I don't know.

  • @PassRusher74 Do dips.

Try extending your arm, and moving your wrist 180 degrees. You can tell when which muscles are in use.

    Best of luck!

  • @PassRusher74 you can't do anything about it but to keep working out their is no such exericse to work only on the width. only the muscle will decide(depands on your genetic)how it will gonna grow. Some ppl might give you some suggestions about certain exercies but if you add those exercises with your ongoing arm exercises you will endup overtraining.

  • what is your body fat percentage?

  • I feel bad for that pillow. lol

  • dear scoopy I want to poop on your chest

  • lol i guess this crashes Vince Delmontes story of gaining 40 pounds of muscle in 6 months

  • is this why people take steroids ???

  • @Reborn8303 no

  • No offence scooby! It's easy to gain muscle mass be it 3 months to a year with right training and diet! Look at Christian Bale for example he went really skinny for his film 'The Machinist' and then bulked up muscle for 'the dark knight'. I think u need to be more open with your answers rather than ridiculing one of ur subscribers for helpful tips! Just be straight with ur answers dude than asking him 'Exactly' what the guy wants to gain...duhhh

  • @bengaliTq He gained a hell of a lot of weight, but again, how much of it was fat and how much was muscle? Also, there's 4 years between the release dates of those two films.

  • Comment removed

  • you are one bad-ass bodybuilder Scooby. Thank you very much

  • lmao!! too true makes me laugh all these so called 'muscle gainer' products am pumped full of sugar

  • OK. I'll say it. This guy is a tool. Yes, he gives good advice. And he knows a great deal about fitness and nutrition. But he's still too annoying to watch.

  • great vid

  • What is your take on P90X?

  • This is perhaps the only subject that I don't agree with Scooby about. I tried his method, working out while keeping maintenance calories and 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, but my gains were slow. I was working out with a lot of intensity as well. Then I decided to go on a bulk and kept my calories at about 500-1000 above maintenance. This is the period when I experienced the greatest strength/size gains. Why is it that Scooby is the only bodybuilder in the world who doesn't believe

  • @AbsoluteZ3R0 in bulking? Anywhere else you go, you hear about bulking and cutting. And no, not everyone is trying to scam you. I have trustworthy, reliable friends who have shown me this method, and it works. It IS possible to gain more than 5 lbs of muscle in a year, even if you are a hard gainer. With an excellent diet and training program, you can expect to gain about 15-25 lbs of muscle in your first year of training if you are a male. Every following year the gains are reduced by abouthalf

  • With an excellent diet and a really intense training program it is possible to get much bigger in 3 months. You won't get "big", but there will be a difference. Whoever sent scooby that letter at the beginning just isn't training right.

  • I understand what you are saying but sometimes life happens and you can't always have a normal routine all the time. It depends on how consistent your life is also. I guess I'm a little bitter but I have been working out more than I normally do which I'm proud of and stopped drinking soda. I used to drink it everyday but now I might drink it once or twice a week. I think it's been helping.

  • i like how your glasses only have one arm haha

  • Good video Scooby.

  • kevin...............UUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGHHhhh!! rofl´d

  • Dear scooby, I heard a rummor that laxatives will help you loose body fat, could you please explain if this is true?

    thank you.

  • btw keep it up scooby. Some of your videos motivated me to start bodybuilding. Great job.

  • Do you have to be sore to see results?

  • Hard but fair

  • scooby has zits?

  • ok, this is the thing that i always wanted to hear from you scooby.

i'm 23, last year in february was first time that i went to the gym, went for 5-6 months, stopped for few months, then started to exercise again.

    february 2009: 56kg, 15% bf

    today: 73kg, 15% bf

so... i wouldn't say it's so hard to get more muscle than you say, even if you're a hard gainer, maybe you're just talking about guys that start with 75kg and are trying to get to 90+

  • this video was a revelation to me. i don't think i've seen anywhere else where bodybuilders would actually say what is realistically possible in terms of gains per month or yearly.

the bodybuilding magazines have really distorted reality to sell products.

  • Comment removed

  • @karmuppet true.. magazines are usually written by incompetent journalists that uses headlines like "This is how u gain 10 lbs in one month" to sell their damn magazines. Wanna learn more than better buy a book written by a professional who actually do have scientific knowledge about bodybuilding

  • @karmuppet

Totally distorted, I can't agree more with you. If you buy (I advise you not to) some of these magazines, half of them are only marketing various supplements that most people don't need. I have been working out since 2000., so that's almost 10y. When I started I had only 70kg, in 2003 I had 74kg, 2006. 77kg.... and now I have 84 kilos with very low fat percentage. But I must point that I'm not into bodybuilding, I'm only working on my full definition.

  • Would gaining 20lbs of muscle in 1 year and 9 months be considered a good rate to go up at?

  • lol with the pillow

  • Good Video. I think the confusion lies between the early comment of, "Why does everyone think they're hard gainers" and the later comment of "we're all hard gainers" Nonetheless, I think the point is still there.

However, its clear that muscle growth is a slow process, but is it the same with muscle lost? If you slack off, do you lose the muscle faster or slower than you would gaining it?

  • i think ur glasses are busted

    :P

  • Good video

  • There is so much confussion about this because even at your forums there are people saying this 30lb in 3 months to be possible and spamming programs like that and nobody seems to do anything about it. You can check the thread Gaining muscle at middle age in bulking up section for example.

  • @Altriton No, that's only two idiots (x2 and AdrianG) who keep posting that shit. Both of them have been proven wrong by the more experienced members. AdrianG doesn't have any profile pictures, so nothing back his shit up there. As for x2, he does have picture but they aren't, lets say.. too impressive.

    Don't listen to them two.

  • ive gained 41 pounds over the last 9 months, ill be 17 in 4 months and my doctor says im overweight

  • @Legolas1022 Stop eating

  • @Legolas1022 this cracks me up, sorry to be rude. first step is if you are taking creatine, don't. second step is if you are taking the stupid advice of EAT EVERYTHING ALWAYS, don't. third step add cardio, and fourth, do realize that in the teen years things shift around a lot and keep working out hard.

  • @okcomputer1016 ok well first, im on nothing but whey protien, and ive stopped using it for a month and still gained weight just slower, and it is muscle because im still only 11% bodyfat. i do eat a lot and im getting results wicked fast, ive been tested for steroids, and my blood pressure and cholesterol and everything came back normal and negative on steroids obviously.

  • I love your little pillow..ha ha ha...

  • Were your glasses missing one stand or is it just me??:)

  • hi scooby ! i've been watching your videos for quite a long time now. and thank you ! just a question .. how long have you been into body builing ?

  • Comment removed

  • This is a good video and is the exact reason why people turn to steroids. Sad but true.

  • Sound advice as allways

  • I've only noticed more muscle after a year and a half, but it would probably be more if i could find a way to fit working out and gaining an engineering degree. Though i'm only going for lean/toned muscle the videos have really helped me improve my workout. Especially the "Cobra Lats" turorial. So thank you.

    Dave (uk)

  • lol my glasses broke like yours too.. its hard to balance them :P

  • ok dude, that first part made me laugh so hard

  • Scooby, do you think this body transformation is real?

  • dw, cant post the link

  • If you're under 21 you can gain more than 5-10 muscle a year.

  • Your video makes perfect sense scooby so I don't see why your saying you failed Good job by the way and keep it up!

  • Thanks scooby your the best. Love your videos and all the great advice you give, hope to be as big as you one day.

  • scooby's got a chicken neck

  • Dear scooby, I heard a rummor that laxatives will help you loose body fat, could you please explain if this is true?

    thank you.

  • I love how you don't set out to make money with your site Scoob, you promote it solely to help people. You're the most honest guy on YT, and like a fitness father to me haha.

  • Great video, Scooby. :)

  • that pillow of yours takes a lot of abuse.

  • By the way, I don't believe that Lautner gained 30lbs. First of all, the guy is 5'4-5'6, and probably 140lbs MAX. Any muscle on his body will show pretty easily.

  • @92tillinfinity

Lautner is actually right at 5'8" even though he's listed @ 5'10" on IMDB. In theory, the shorter you are, the faster the muscle "appears" to grow and or "show" as you put it. When you have compact frame, the gains come faster than someone that is tall and lanky. Is it easier to paint a house.. or a condominium?

  • Howdy - The main point comes through pretty clear to me.

    1. Lean muscle takes time to accumulate. Don't expect miracles.

    2. Be clear about your goals....proper nutrition and exercise!

    3. Be skeptical of exaggerated claims.

I thought the examples of volume/mass were also pretty effective. This vid wasn't a failure.

  • Wow Scooby, you are the best muscle guy on Youtube. I have really been well informed from your videos. I have better perspective too. I haven't been working out as much this year I need to run/jog/bike this summer more. I was wondering if you have time to to get to 7 percent body fat. If you do it with your busy schedule I can do it with my not so busy schedule. I probably have around 35% body fat and take medicines that slow down my metabolism. Would it be unhealthy to get to 7% in 3 months?

  • When I first started working out I got really buff, but in a month or so I stopped. Body Building is hard work.

  • jajajaja he's funny

  • hey everybody, any tips on faster recovery? ive been getting my rest but my job as an electrician really requires me to work hard and strains my muscles to the point were i have DOMS a full week after the workout of those muscles, im also a bit of a hardgainer so that dosnt help :(

  • @1forme1foryou Yes, take cold showers ;)

  • oooohhhh.... maybe that's why I just have to workout for a full month to get my 16" biceps back... lol... I thought that they grow so fast cause I had a really really good routine and my body was an easy gainer... lol ... but now I see that it happens like this because I have exercised practicably my whole life....

ah, by the way, I guess I have to focus on my legs, I see that runing up the hill for 10 minutes is not helping much...

  • what do you think of whey protein?

sorry, couldnt find any vids of you about it.

    appreciate it!

  • @shlucke I believe that it the only kind of protein he recommends, but don't forget to read the label...

  • Not a body builder here, but I appreciate the common sense of scooby1961.

  • Scooby another factor your forgetting to bring into play is that you don't do dead lifts, squats or bb bench. Those exercises add more muscle to your frame than anything else. These exercises are how people gain ridiculuous amounts of muscle in a year a long with a good diet regimen.

I personally don't see how you can think these exercises are dangerous. If you have good form you are not going to get hurt.

  • Scooby has a point in this video.

He shows why teenagers go to steroids.

Because facts that it is a slow process are too much for them to face - so they go to steroids and gain 25 pounds in a 12 week cycle.

  • scooby what are your thoughts on the P90X program?

  • Idk. My second year of college ball I put on 25lbs in a season. that's not even a year. After I had reconstructive knee surgery I lost a lot of weight bc I couldn't workout and I did want to eat and get fat. Ive already put 10lbs of it back on. I think it what you eat and how you train. If you can keep shocking your muscles so that they don't plateau i think it may be possible to put on 30lbs in a year.

  • @rayford8605 the 25 pounds were not all muscle, maybey 40% of it was

  • Just want to say how much I enjoy your vids. You've really helped educate me in the field of fitness

  • Just a question..Someone told me this and im not sure if its true. But they said that if you have trained alot before and then quit for a period of time, that when you start again you will quickly get back to where u was because of some kind of muscle memory...Is that true? Sounds a little weird to me, but I know very little about the subject. Sorry if the english is a little bad, and hope you understand what i mean :P

  • I don't mean to contradict you scooby, but I gained a solid 4.5 pounds of muscle in less than 4 months, just by eating healthy, and doing the right workouts.

p.s. Your killer ab workout does miracles!

  • fail, ur boobs make u look like a woman

  • Also, I thought you sounded different this video.

Do I remember you mentioning something to do with the dentist or am I imagining things?

  • Scooby, did you break a leg off your glasses from all the pillow screaming? :P

  • I failed, many people are missing the main point of this video. My point is that if you can gain 10lbs muscle in a year, you are not a hardgainer - your are normal! I didnt say there are no exceptions to this rule. Either I failed to make this simple point effectively or this subject is a lighting rod.

  • @scooby1961 They aren't missing the point... They don't want to see the point... Almost everybody who starts thinks there gonna be the hulk in a few months... After 2 months, and they don't see anything they'll quit... I don't look at my weight... I only look at my body fat! btw, a lot of young guys think that they have a lot of muscles... But they are only very very skinny :s I'm now Training about 6 months hardcore (watching my food, training 3 days a week, full body) and I gained about 5 KG

  • @scooby1961

I wouldn't say that, I think this video was very informative and it should be encouraging to those who call themselves "hard gainers."

  • @scooby1961 No, you didn't fail. The execution and presentation of this video was spot on, clear, concise and to the point. Don't get discouraged because of viewers like, Kevin, that have limited comprehension skills and make you do your pillow-screams.

  • @scooby1961 lol i'm new and i just want to know how to lose fat. that's it really. gaining muscle can come later.

  • @LysergIY It's simple, do cardio :) jog, biking, jumping rope, swimming

  • Comment removed

  • @scooby1961

Believe me dude you didnt failed, some people just dont want to accept how things are, they just want to get a great body fast and with no hardwork at all and they blame you for no reason.

As for me I actually like the idea that to be very big and muscular it need to take time, it needs to take a LOT of work, because where would be the fun if it was fast and easy? I just like the idea that to be like that you need workout like hell every day and its something only few can achieve.

  • @scooby1961 Fat goes on "fast" and fat goes off "fast". Muscle goes on SLOW and muscle comes off SLOW.

10lbs I really think is noticeable though, then again I'm 5'8". I'm 135-140 and my body fat is still high'ish from my bulking experiment. Don't do it KIDS DON"T DO IT DON"T DO IT DON"T DO IT!!!! I "bulked" for two months and I'm still fighting it down.

Training for my Bike Tour is helping out A LOT!

  • @scooby1961 Give these people more time, perhaps most of them havent even tried bodybuilding but are already mislead by deceptive authors... Anyway thank you for putting in the time and effort making your website and videos... Its what got me into proper weight training and nutrition... Been at at for a year and a half now... Only gained 8 pounds but i managed to triple my bench press and increase my strength tremendously.

  • @scooby1961 its not ur fault. people only hear what they want to hear. ur video made sense to me. also ive been watching your videos for a few yrs now and love them. keep up the good work

  • @scooby1961 No you didn't failed. You did a great job with this video. It helped me a lot knowing that I'm normal. It's just that some people are not yet able to accept that evolving to a muscular body is a slow steady process.

Some of them are only doing body building because they think that in 5 months they will be "bulked up"(hate the therm). When the 5 months have passed and they don't look as they expected they give up.

  • @scooby1961 man, you made it crystal clear

  • what about p90x?

  • scooby? where did you get the info about how much muscle u can add a day/month/year?

  • @runemborg he probably got it from experience!

  • is it true that muscle and strength gain very fast, because i started at 11 and i was 125lbs and now I'm almost 13 and i am now 145lbs and i can tell iv lost fat (im also running 3-5 miles 4 times a week) but im moving up 10 pounds every 6 months in most lifts, does that mean im an easy gainer? (i know im young but i lift wieghts with very experienced people and my docter told me it was good)

  • thanks scoob!

  • Hi Scooby, I was wondering about how you said you could gain different volumes of muscle in a day/year/8 years etc and it got me thinking, what timescale do you mean exactly when you say working out every day? To be more specific, I train 6 days a week and always do at least an hour's CV work daily so sometimes I do 1 hour of weights sometimes I do 3 for example, in relation to the amounts you've shown, are they closer to someone who does an hour a day or more?

  • If a buddy tells me he gained X amount of muscle, Im just gonna say "good for you" or "thats cool" as long as he is healthy and and having fun working out, ill be happy for him. I dont care if its 5 pnds fat 5 muscle, to me as long as your healthy and and fun who cares

  • Giligan's Island on steriods.

  • Hi Scooby!

Cant you make a vid about steroids? I bet you know much about it, since you´ve been behind the scenes inside the bodybuilding sport. And maybe come with some good advice that help people to stay away from them.

  • Hilarious!!!! You have found the most descriptive and clear way to show how slow the proccess to gain muscle is. Another great video!!!

    Thanks Scooby

  • Comment removed

  • Yo Scooby, would you recommend beginners performing the bench press, deadlift and squats before moving onto specific muscle exercises? I say this because these moves target bigger muscles. Thanks Scoob!

  • Dear Scooby,

its a great video you uploaded there.

Especially the visualization of muscle gaining with the bottle and the bucket is a good idea. Its more helpful than pure numbers.

    Keep up the good work.

  • I've been working out with the intermediate program for a year, I gained about as much as scooby said, but is it time for me to move on to the advanced workout?

  • Thanks scooby for great advice!

  • Scooby-- always appreciating your work! Because of your vids, I've changed my body a lot.

  • i'm confused by researching several fitness advisors, monitors,...

arnel ricafranca or something proves that it is possible to gain 'a lot' of muscle in 6 months, with before-after pictures, happy customers with their b-a pictures,...

i don't know what to think anymore, i thrust you AND the opposite of you, and don't get me wrong because i look at almost every video you upload but its frustrating knowing that you tell me part A and another tell me part B. so what is actually true??????

  • I am biologist and can tell you that all the advice Scooby gives sounds totally right to me. I think that he supports all his advice in scientific data published. He is not a fitness advisor or monitor triying to get your money promising incredible results. As a matter of fact he is very realistic about results and the way to achieve them.

  • @agustn off course, and i'l take scooby's word for that too, but if something is faster then the other one, you too will research that and find out if that is possible and true.

because arnel's faster workout results program i'm trying to figger out if he is speaking the truth.

research that and i'm not confused anymore...

thats why i ask scooby that question. but you're a biologist, so you can tell me too if u want so.

thanks anyway. (and sorry for my bad english, can't help it)

  • Sorry scooby but you are very wrong. During your first year of training it's easily possible to gain 30-40lbs of muscle. I've already gained 25lbs in 6 months while loosing bodyfat. I have pics to prove it. I have not touched gear in my life.

Around your 3rd year of training is when it's really only possible to gain 5-10lbs of muscle. Scooby your theories are flawed and i hope your not stubborn enough to ignore this.

  • @caseyizzle Did you gain so much because of the body's high production of HGH at your age? Sounds like your workouts brought out the best from this high production and maybe accentuated it. How much would you have gained even without working out? I think it's Phil Campbell who covers this.

  • When it comes to football, Kevin, remember, speed kills. Not bulking up.

  • @StanBennet And, the fat you put on will probably burn off during double days.

  • Hi, i'm Kevin.

  • @DaSphynX You're hopeless, Kevin.

  • you might if your lucky be able to take in 30 maybe 35g's of protein after a workout but if your like most people after a workout you might only be able to take in 25-30g's and the rest of that 50g's of protein will store as fat yes thats right protein can store as fat

  • protein shakes aren't bad but they shouldn't be your only form of protein amino acids are good but so is a lean cut of steak, chicken, turkey, bean's, pea's, nut's, can't go wrong with that, and as far as bluking it's ok to eat a little more then you normally do but not to the point of over eating b/c come on let's face it these weight gainer shakes are a joke nobody can take in 50g's of protein, 80g's of carbs and like 20g's of fat in one sitting alot of that is going to store as fat

  • Thank You Scooby. i've been doing what u said and i've been noticing great progress.

  • This is the first time I noticed you wearing a ring. XD

  • Lol I LOVE YOU SCOOBY!!!

  • then what about p90x and insanity? the people of there seem to gain a lot of muscle in 60-90 days.

  • i guess im an easy gainer......

  • I think Scooby is really pissed about this now. XD

  • @WorldSuperLegend I get annoyed when people try to pull the "it has been proven" BS when they have absolutely nothing to back their statement up other than what they have heard in the locker room.

  • @scooby1961 What Taylor did was amazing. But he did not put on 30 pounds in 6 months. He didn't lose enough belly fat in time either so they used fake abs in the movie. The abs came up about 2 weeks later.

Muscle building is more an art than anything else. A lot of factors need to be used perfectly to make it happen fast.

1 pound of muscle a week is considered awesome progress. E.g

    5 weeks=5 pounds ect.

  • Since I'e stumbled upon your videos a few weeks ago I've really enjoyed them! Thanks for another good portion of advice.

  • Comment removed

  • Oh boy, I remember when I hit puberty. I gained probably around 20 pounds my junior year of high school. It was Godsent because I was a late bloomer, and the extra strength helped me with my gymnastics so much!

  • scooby im 15 and i agree with u ive been going to the gym for six months and your right it takes time u cant expected to get muscle in a day

  • 41 lbs in 6 month, thats VINCE DEL MONTE'S program. You hear that VINCE, your program sucks!

  • @KingRockets Actually Vince Del Monte might have a good program but since he lies/exaggerates in his ads I would never trust any of his advice.

  • @scooby1961 saw Del Monte's web site and i didn't like it at all... too much NLP if you ask me...

    Keep rockin' dude!

  • @KingRockets lol, 41 lbs in 6 months? You believe that?

    Ignorance.

  • I like the fact it takes a long time to gain muscle. It gives me a sense of achievement when I do eventually get to the figure I want and is only awarded for those who gave it alot of work.

Why is everyone on a rush? This is a process and the end result is only a third of the satisfaction

  • @scooby1961 scooby, i was wondering if you knew about the actor ryan reynolds, who supposedly gained 22 lbs of muscle in 6 months back in 2004 in preparation for the movie blade 3. obviously the 22 lbs he gained couldnt possibly have been all muscle, but what gets me is that his abs were extremely defined afterwards, and he looked a lot leaner. it doesnt seem like anyone could put on 22 lbs in that short of a time span and come out look leaner. any thoughts on this?

  • @TheGripper07 bro a lot of actors take P.E.D s and thats a fact.

  • @TheGripper07 Hard exercise, healthy nutrition and steroids is the answer you re looking for. Many actors take roids to gain muscles and become lean enough in 6,8 or 10 months to play the role. Thats how you can become lean enough and gain muscles in 6 months but it wont last long firstly because bodybuilding is a way of life and secondly roids are taken in cycles that you must do them for a short period of time otherwise you'll have health issues, especially if you re an actor and not an athlete

  • Scooby, what do you think about p90x? is it worth all the money? does it really work in 90 days? i know you shouldnt believe advertisements but it looked pretty legit.

  • @BloodBrotherComedy p90x is a pretty good workout if you use it right, its REALLY good if you are trying to lose weights. if you are trying to bulk up its your worst nightmare

  • can you do an exercise program for a sprint runner?

  • How about the arms? lol. Great Vid.

  • Only 30 dislikes Scooby, you're not doing anything wrong. Taylor Lautner is a false idol for a lot of teens also, I'm glad you did your research on him as people referring to him don't know anything. People don't want to know the truth, but good job for telling them, few people bother.

  • Working out in a smart way DOES slow aging.

Look at you. Almost 50's and you look like 30's.

  • @EMPPT I like to think that fitness extends life but one thing I know for sure is that it makes mid-life even better than the teen years!
