Sounds like lack of pollination on the zucchini. On the tomatoes, it could be that it's too hot to set.

im haveing trouble with my tomatos i have blooms on them but the dont produce fruit. they fall off right behind the flower .And i got some zuccine too and the put out the fruit and they get about 6in long and then dry up so whats wrong with my stuff

In the south, it's difficult to grow tomatoes this time of year, but keep the plants alive and they'll produce when it drops back under 90.
