It's a titan and is extremely powerful but very weak armor.

Yeah still applys to necron special rules. It's basically a turrent that can teleport from location to location and fire a more powerful version of the particle whip. Their's annother varient that also protects necrons around it from gun fire that normally wont give them saves.

Basically, they will be allowed the standard 3+ armor save near a Guess Plylon due to the phase shift generator special rule.

Overall, it's a mobile particle whip and can also buff units around it if a Guess Pylon.

Necron pylons are rather inexpensive (points wise) in apocalypse. In apoc, I don't believe there is an upper limit to how many pylons the necrons can bring. Oh, and with living metal, insanely difficult to destroy.
