You have it the wrong way round. If its children as Jews, and Child Catcher as Gestpo why are the children Aryan and the Child Catcher a racist sterotype of a Jew? If you think of it as 1800s (as the costumes etc. suggest) its just as easy to see it as a paraody of the Jew's stealing Germany's children. Also, if you actually look at a profile picture of his face then you would realise that he did not have a nose of that length. So, he did have facial wax add-ons, and if anything, you should commend the make-up artist skill, and not blab on about stuff you don't understand.
