@stiffgage True. Nothing wrong with a high release, especially for a center but it is the interrupted motion that makes it so ugly. He raises the ball above his head with oustretched arms and only then generates the momentum to motion the ball forward. It is definitely a high maintenance shot. You need to practice like mad to shot high percentage with THAT.

You also loose sight of the ball when you move it above your head. Overall not a good shot for a freethrow. But his percentage was decent so I shut up.
