Very nice! I just Beat Barthandalus in Gran Pulse. I didn't get on The airship yet though because I thought it would be wise to grind some CP for a while. Any suggestions on the best place to do it? I had all of my characters maxed out on all three of their main roles in the Crystarium. So, I wouldn't say I'm super under leveled. I'm just looking for the best CP for my time at my level. Ya know?
@Notleroyjenkins87 Well, the best place to CP is in my video. Pre-game, I recommend that gigantic grassy plain. Post-game, where I fight the Adamantoise, just battle the enemies around him, leading up to the gate and save point and restart.
@hunterman823 Lol, I'm on Chapter 7 and I still have Lightning with her default weapon, but it's Lv 4 so I guess it's okay. I'm trying to level the Axis Blade since it automatically restores ATB Guages after an attack, but it needs like 1500 EXP for every level lol.
@hunterman823 oh i see. Well, I was trying to get the best weapons for them, by farming on adamantoise things. They drop that rare item I need, even though its like 1% drop rate
@iceprince90 - Yeah, but it only has about a 1% chance of Instant Death, so you can get stuck doing it for a while. The chance goes up if you stagger him first, though. Its best use it against the Long Gui, when once you've brought it to a 999% stagger, cast Death, then (before Death actually hits) switch to Cerberus paradigm, and if you have a Genji Glove it'll hit for 999,999 damage each time. (Long Gui are immune to Instant Death.)
@imattie707@imattie707 I'm using the upgraded version of gae bolg for fang And you need catalyst to upgrade weapons, such as scarlitite and adamentite. To upgrade a lvl 2 weapon, you need Trapezehdron, which are dropped by the monster that I use Vanille to kill with, but with only like 1.75% with catalogs equipped.
@meheggs oh i thought there was supposed to be a sparkle or glow lol and i dont suppose you know any good grinding spots? im low leveled (just got onto chapter 11 in gran pulse
@bradleeeeey1 Well, the best spot you got at chp 11 is in Mahbara, the next map after reaching the north plains. You can grind in there for a little bit. A good 5-10 minute run can net you 25kish CP.
@meheggs i was thinking about the preemptive strike on the behemoth thats right by where you show lightings army of one, is that a good place? or am i better off going to the mahbara?
