It has been so long since I have heard this piece. My Mother met Leonard Pennario. She never told me how or why, but she was adamant. She had this piece on a record and used to play it; telling me nothing (we lived in Cove Bay, Scotland...outside of Aberdeen (south) the waves come the full 200 feet up the cliffs). Violent and beautiful. After 30 years this is still haunting. I think the last time I heard this was in Butte, Montana. No, I am not kidding.
