I just installed Mac OS Lion on my HP/PC and it works great. I have a Hackintosh PC. I now have Windows , Linux Mint OS , and Mac OS all installed on my HP/PC gaming computer. Mac OS isn't bad but I like Windows better I think .
The best mac applications is "Boot Camp" that lets you run Windows on a Mac !!! That why I don't have to use Mac OS because it doesn't run half the software I use.
Heartwild Solitaire (classic game), Stellarium (the stars), Supertux (Super Mario type for any OS including MacOS). Let me know if this was helpful. And by the way: nice Song/Guitar playing in some other of your videos.
Adium is really good for all forms of chat (AIM, GChat, etc.). I prefer it to iChat.
Three small tools that come in handy for me a lot are Caffeine, which keeps your screen from dimming if you don't touch it for a while (while you watch a video or something), InsomniaX, to keep your computer running when you close the screen (for long downloads, etc.), and SelfControl, which lets you prevent yourself from accessing distracting websites during a specified period of time.
