Its a map from a game, not a game itself.

To play this and thousands of other maps (you can find more anime maps aswell) you need to buy Warcraft 3 and its expansion pack The Frozen Throne. I think you can get them quite cheap these days.

When you got the game, you check epicwar site for maps or you just join a game hosted online and you download it there (but it might be slow, depending on your and host's connection speed)
