@48stefano it doesn't have a specific translation to english.it's an exclamation(if you can say so) used in order to declare deep deep physical or psychological pain.it almost remebles to "arghhh'' or ''awww'' when they are used in these kind of situations..but it definitely has a stronger deeper meaning. turks and greeks use ''aman''..in this song the creator definitely wanted to underline the pain of unilateral love, or sevda οr dalka, as turks and greeks say..hope i helped
