Considering you claim the seismic data shows that WTC7 rumbled for 40 seconds, it is clear that the time of seismic activity does not accurately reflect the time of collapse..it's fairly obvious that the ground will continue to shake even after the last jolt is delivered..seismic waves do not stop rippling through the ground simply because the towers stopped collapsing, and even NIST puts the time of WTC7 total collapse at around 10 seconds, not 40..

There were at least 3 separate collapses of WTC7. First, the Northwest corner sags, indicating failure of the structure. Second, the NE penthouse collapses. Third, and final, is the south face.

The 'visual record' only shows the south side clearly and any record of the north side is censored and ignored by the truthers.

There are videos of workers or fire fighters walking away from WTC 7 shortly prior to collapse, with several sounds like a collapsing building coming from WTC 7. This seems to me consistant with the elevated activity shown on the siesmographs you use hear prior to the spikes starting about 10-20 seconds into the graph as the building falls. This is not consistant with explosive demolitions.

One question about this "P-wave" and "S-wave": do I get it right that IF there was a controlled demolition, one should see the exloading loads as "P", and the falling of the building as "S"? If so, why should the P be "nearly identical" to the S? The P would cut through structures, sending lots of energy sideways with high frequency, while the S goes down with low frequency... at least in my understanding of physics. I am wrong here?

Generally speaking, an explosion (especially one made by an explosive compound) will create nearly equal strengths of p-wave and s-wave activity.

Both waves can travel along any solid, the difference being p-waves can travel through a solid while s-waves are limited to the surface. As long as the beams of the WTC are coupled to the ground, both waves should propagate to the ground unimpeded.

Hm, I still don't see why the second wave might not be much greater in strength. From a judo point of view (simplified), kicking away my opponent's legs is wham, while depending on how much he weighs, his fall on the mat is a WHAAAM. What I mean is, that - at least that's what I think - the energy needed to take out the beams of a building can be much smaller than the potential energy of the building collapsing. Imagine balancing a brick on three thin twigs, and then knocking one out.

Videos CLEARLY shows the penthouse collapsing PRIOR to the facing side collapsing. This is in addition to clear deformations of the roof long before the total collapse even began. All insider wackos ignore these parts of the collapse because they don't fit with the religion of inside job.
