on my earlyer post i needed to mention that  when the static is produced the outside of the pvc pipe is neg - and the the inside of it pos+ to extract the current.

If YOU took a pvc pipe and placed directly obove or below and centered with your armature, and extended the armature into the 2 foot pvc pipe only a few inches you could generate your own static with the rotation by placing a synthetic duster used to dust housed on to your armature it has to lightly brush agenst the inside of the pvc and it will produce static to power your motor on its own .

o and @2100Warzone if this vid had been labled "electromagnetic motor" than i wouldn't ask about the magnets, but instead it sais "electrostatic" kind of a difference there old timer.

have you tried adding magnets in your model? the rare earth magnets could spin it without an outside power source. try it out.
