I was sneaky and listened to Bill Marcroft call the game while in-class at Westminster College. Marcroft, "3/10ths of second left, Utes down by one. The referee hands Miller the ball . . . UTES WIN! UTES WIN! UTES WIN!" I bolted upright, banging the girl's desk behind me with my desk; everyone looked at me then I ran out of the classroom screaming over the 59-58 win. I drove to Vegas the next day to see KVH do it again at the buzzer against the Lobos 72-70 then the blowout TCU 89-68. KVH!
