Hola, es un makiwara casero y nos ha dado muy buenos resultados, además tiene buena absorción del golpe, cosa que es buena ya que sufren menos las muñecas..! El seminario de Sensei Higaonna es 2,3,4 de Abril en Gimnasia La Plata (calle 4 e/51 y 53)

LOOKS like a makiwara that mounts to the wall, but mounted to a tire on the wall. Or it could be a piece of wood mounted to the tire.
