Actually, it was a suicide. The Rev was epic and it was his only painless option. He did the Brompton Cocktail song, look it up. Look up what Brompton Cocktail means. He had a choice to die with pain or no. He wrote Fiction entirely, he sung it, did the keyboard for it and he did the drums too. No one else was included. I find it no coincidence that he died from a Brompton Cocktail 3 days after writing that song. I do respect Rev's choice, I too have a heart condition.
