I've studied music for along time. I can listen to a song just to hear if the chord changes and rythyms are good. This song actually seems to be very complex and inspiring. I'm glad I have bands in my state that play music like this.

You don't have to constantly be singing 'Oh God I love you so much' just to be a Christian band. For an example, see Emery. Some of their songs would sound bad, and they're a Christian band. They're just telling a story and using their music as a platform.
While I agree with what you said here, it's somewhat different in bands, because every member of the band could be the most sold-out Christian ever, but that doesn't mean they have to sing about nothing but how awesome God is. You're lyrics don't all have to do with God and only God. (Although that's not necessarily a bad thing.)

it there is one thing christians and athiest can agree on is that this world is messed up. we point the finger blaming one another for the state of this world. the truth is we all share the burdens of sin. For we all fall short of the Glory of yahwah/the lord. even some christians are stumbling in the dark. that is the truth.
The world has always been messed up. In the old Testament days people were stoned for disobeying orders, in the new Testament days people were burned alive and hung on crosses. In the middle ages there were crusades, mass death, and... well... the dark ages, one could say. I'm an atheist, by the way.
This song... seriously gets me into a worship mood... I mean... it's talking about everything that God did... that Christ did... and it has a... there's not even a word to describe this line...

Jesus Christ is the only one who is worthy enough, yeah. That's well known.
The fact that he was not only worthy, but willing, is what makes it so much more... again, I'm at a loss for words.
DragonForce does suck. Their riffs are simple and unattractive, their guitarists make better solos than they can even play live a lot of the time which is just embarrassing. I also hate the cheesy lyrics "our swords are made of steel".

They're amazing. I went to buy their CD instantly, and its one of my absolute favourites. Just incredible, I wish I could get ahold of the first album.
