  • you fucking menace

  • @Lolzabble You can never have overkill with a cpu.

  • Music: "DIIIIIEIEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!"

    Me: "MUUUUUUTTTTEEEEEE"

  • My old all Gigabyte system was bulletproof. Too bad they weren't making AMD x4 when I upgraded.

  • @DProductions2011 BSOD. very small posibilities of destruction. Modern cards lower their clocks automatically to handle temps

  • WOW Thats nearly boiling point, at 100 celcius!

  • Because idiots like this, better to buy nothing on ebay.

  • how much can alienware m15x can withstand my specs are i7 740qm processor 6m cache, gtm 260 nvidia graphics card , 4gb 1333hz ram

  • can this break the video card ?

  • after cleaning , as5, and without case fan my gt220 , does 78 after 3 hours for this XD

  • when i first got my 8600gt it idled at 54c and ran at about 84c underload. now its at 60-63c idle and 104c under load. Not once have i seen an artifact in any game making me so happy i have this card :D cuz i not doing anything about these temps anytime soon.

Card throttles at 109c btw ^^ and wen it does, performance hit is massive

  • try the "extreme burning mode" i bet it gets even hotter^^

  • Wow. Quite a bit different than my ATI 5850 that runs at 65-70c when running furmark.

  • @Lolzabble yup... now i have 4670 1GB zalman edition. overkill again but i don't need stronger...

  • I dont suppose anyone has had the same problem on the 8600 gts card?

    Also that's nothing...

I switched to the gts because my radeon 4350 HD got to 120+c jumping from 70c to 90c faster then a lambo goes 0 to 60 lol..

  • my have 116 xD

    EAH4850 ^.^

  • @TheJakezzz damn xD

    Alive today? :D

  • @GreenWarfare ye :)

  • jea same prob with 8800 nvidia cooling sucks :D new ati with artic cooling rules :D

  • Dude man, that is the highest TEMP I've seen. I thought nVidia cards have thermal throttling which resets all the settings if it gets too hot. Then again, that's only with the 9000 series and up.

  • incredible .. well it's not so unplossible because of the passive cooling but it's great to see so durable video card :)

  • @govedar4o yes but nVIDIA cards are not proven to be durable ... but it is my subjective impression. I have seen too many dead nVIDIA cards :(

  • @govedar4o My GTX 275 can run at 100C without artifacts, but the auto fan keeps it bellow 90.

  • @govedar4o unplossible? You mean implausible or impossible?

  • @xG33Kx impossible :D:D sry for the misspelling xD

  • @xG33Kx Funny word ha?! ;d impossible ..sorry for the misspelling

  • Hot shiet! Thanks for the, uhhh, once in a lifetime experience?

  • lol you can boil water on that card

PS try overclocking your card a little bit

  • @Gamespage too late... I sell this GPU... :)

  • lol I would be panicking if the esc button stopped working

but you can always unplug it the pc

  • Furmark is evul! :s

  • hard insane... :D

  • going hot
