The rat has been poisoned. You can tell by his head movements. That is also why he is sitting in the window during day-light hours, he is trying to get out. We poison rats out of our farm every fall and this is classic "soon to be a goner" behaviour

i saw this on city tv news... but when the city tv cameras where there, there were 3 rats and one was hanging from the open sign.,. this is why i dont eat in chinatown
