Fun songs have catchy steps. Yeah, catchy steps.

16th note drills through most of the song is NOT fun.

Steps that kinda match the song, rather then just pressing random keys sixteen times a measure, are the only ones that are actually fun. Good songs give little breaks every here and there, so you can resync your fingers and your eyes, and are fun there, too.

Songs that drone on and on with 16th notes for five minutes at a time is NOT fun. It only makes the game frustrating and annoying.
