Either the disk is scratched or if you play on a Xbox 360 or PS3, your graphics processor is/did overheating/overheat

@JeffG24Rox well i have two new ones right out of the box tht do this. so how can i fix this

@andrsncpr360 It has to be the graphics processor then. I suggest letting your system cool down for a bit (Use a mini fan) and then try. If it still does this, then idk what to do.
