@dargas12: I think its meant to be ironic, you know to impress the dangers of nuclear weapons onto two new, rival nuclear powers... the point is not that these people are dumb, but rather that their governments are assuming this militaristic posture to their own people's detriment. Its definitely not meant to be diminutive, he always shows that they US has already been down this dangerous road. So my advice to you would be to work on your irony and look up overidentification while your at it.

being pakistani i didnt find it offensive and it might be true that moore is making money off different events, but it also rather shows the irony where both countries spend more money on military technology than feeding and caring their own people

i mean why should indians and pakistanis harass each others when they could become rivals in economic & technological development instead of all the hateful nationalistic crap that can cause another hiroshima & nagasaki

So immoral backing. Didn't the sex scandal get him out of other issues that he wasn't able to solve. So government covering government arse while making you believe they were at each others throats. Which is what triggers all scandals. They get you to discuss healthcare every single election. For at least 35 yrs. That and other issues they never settle. It gets sidetracked with friggin scandals or wars. The two best subject changers in the government.
