  • i'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your videos. People need to know about this virus. I had never heard of it until my puppy stopped eating for two, refused to drink water, vomited, and became very sad. I asked a question on Yahoo Answers about the symptoms and someone told me to get her to the pet emergency room. Even in the emergency room the vet told us that had a 50-50 chance of making it. Thanks the Lord, He saved her! Thank you again for sharing. Take care!

  • I had the painful honor of burying both of my friends 6 month old puppies. They showed similar symptoms after eatting a rotting deer, they may have been poisoned. They were sad because the family was away due to a family death, there was nothing I could do, the vet said even with treatment they may die, 1 died alone under the house, the other we put down.

  • very sad

  • A very touching tribute. All the pups looked healthy enough. What was it that took them from you?

  • Thank you. They were very healthy, and where UTD on their vaccines. Unfortunately, they caught a strand of Parvo Virus that the vaccines couldn't protect against.

  • @ErisFae, my puppy, Daisy, died of parvo. She was only 8 weeks. She was a pitbull.

  • going thru this now, crying

  • It is wonderful that they knew human kindness in their life, and priceless in yours that you shared such a bond with these animals, even if only for a short time. I try to always reflect on that part of it. I've experienced the loss of a pet and know how heartbreaking it can be, coming away with that beautiful thought, after years of greiving helped me be at peace with it.You always miss them though.
