Suggestions... hmmm... well I would say to get a music stand so that you dont have to turn sideways to read the music. Also, be sure to tune and go through with your strums to get their full sounds. It will sound alot better if you do that.
tune your instrument!!!!!!!!!!! keep a better position for playing this is awful, it's important. don't be afraid of looking where you put your fingers, and look out the chords that aren't to be strummed

Very good for your first attempt.
But tune your guitar right before playing next time and you'll get an even nicer sound.
