Hahah, I was supposed to drive by there today. Unfortunately, the road was closed due to rock slides. fyi, I am very aware of on coming traffic, since that is one of the major reasons for causing accidents in this road. This is however a very fun road but dangerous!

Please post when you will be on the road so that I can make sure I'm not on it as the same time as you. You are a hazard, and need to learn ho to drive the road without crossing tue center line. I've been driving that road since the early '90s and riding on it since the mid '70s, and you're the kind of driver who causes the all too common accidents on that road.

178 through the Kern Canyon is an amazing drive for driving enthusiasts, and it's an incredibly scenic route most of the year. D
