u2.com is utter garbage and should be a FREE website at the very least...obviously buying cd's,t-shirts,d.v.d and concert tickets ain't enough? try u2news.com it's more up to date..
I know of folk who are members of this site and promised first opportunity to get tour tickets and didn't........and i know folk who aren't members and got as many tour tickets as they wanted....mmm?
My beef with U2.com is that they put up a robots.txt so you can't see it in the internet archive. It's like they're trying to get rid of any evidence of U2.com not sucking.
This is Great! It's also good to see so many other people feel the same way I do about U2.com. Duals is beyond insulting. I could give the CD to a non fan and they still would've heard most of the the songs on it. I didn't renew.
We all know they have TRUE Duals songs in their vault that nobody has heard before. Where is the song they recorded with RZA while they were drinking Vodka? I actually think U2 needs to take responsibility for this and the blame should'nt fall on the website guys.
I still think 2:37 was a missed opportunity for a "Zooropa" reference.

I go onto U2.com for the blogs, videos and a good chat or rant about things. I am happy paying the £30 fee anything else we get is a bonus.
