You will need a "TV Out" on your graphics card. This is usually an S-VHS connector next to where you connect the monitor. You will then need to record this on a DVD recorder. Then when you have it saved on a DVD disk, use a program like PowerProducer2 Gold to extract the video from the disk to your hard disk. You will then need a video convertor (Total Video Convertor 3.0 is cool) to convert the file to a "flash" video for uploading.... That should do it. Good luck with the video.
