Being ignorant in Cuban history, Castro at the very least owes the families an official apology. The US has apologized to the Japanese sent to the internment camps, and it has apologized to the blacks who unbeknown where part of the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. I don't know if the US has apologized for slavery or to the Natives, but that's my first thoughts on this Castro and the murders.
