I had that and new costumes In my pc copy but on my ps3 greatest hits with all dlc, it doesn't have it :( but I do have the Elysium which is very fun to supercharge and put the purple flame outlines on :)

@TheHARDRO1 Really? I just bought the collector's edition for 360 and downloaded it for free. Never heard about the parking lot, and I have Joe's Adventures. Maybe It was the Delizia he meant. You get that by following a guy in a mission. Kill all the goons when he reaches his destination and steal it.

@edog5723 I have a Potomac Elysium which I got from a DLC and at the time it could go 137 mph. I then supercharged it and it could go up to 150 mph.
